Daniel Padron

Hello everyone! My name is Daniel Padron and I am a 2017 initiate of Gamma Phi Chapter at the University of Georgia. I am currently a third year in the Pharm.D./MBA program at UGA. Within Gamma Phi I have held the positions of Corresponding Secretary and Regent. At the province level I have had the opportunity to serve on two committees, awards and province planning committee. Upon completion of my degrees I plan on working in the pharmaceutical industry or pursue a career in healthcare consulting.

The moment I started pharmacy school I immediately witnessed how big of an impact the “Gamma Phi boys” made at the school. After getting to talk to the Brothers and experiencing how welcoming they were I instantly knew I wanted to become part of the Brotherhood. I would say Kappa Psi has definitely helped me step out of my comfort zone. My Brothers have always encouraged and challenged me to grow personally and professionally. This has allowed me to pursue leadership positions not only within the fraternity, but in other organizations as well.

One of my favorite things to do is to travel and Kappa Psi has given me the excuse to do just that by attending province assemblies. A few things about myself: I play in a band where I play the accordion, I have a dog named Benzene, and I love to play soccer. I am honored and excited to serve as this year’s Atlantic Province Vice Satrap. During my term, I hope to encourage Brothers to step out of their comfort zone just how I once was. Unfortunately, I do not have an IG, so add me on FB or connect with me on LinkedIn.

Fraternally,

Daniel Padron
